Ethical behavior is one of FCI’s most fundamental values. It underlies all our business activities at every level of the organization.

Code of Business Conduct

Our Code of Business Conduct is a twelve-clause document that sets out our commitment to fair and responsible behavior in writing. It covers everything from relationships with customers and suppliers to respect for stakeholders, cultural diversity and compliance with antitrust laws.

Training and communication

To make sure our Code of Business Conduct is properly upheld, we continually train and inform our employees. Furthermore, our different business entities submit a report every year concerning their ethical behavior. In this way, we are constantly investing in tools to help us more efficiently track and enforce our ethical values across the entire organization.
